These Terms and Conditions governs the manner in which the website is used by users (each, a 'User') of the website ('Site'). These Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all products and services offered by Majestic Hair Inc.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of the above listed policies, details of which can be found below. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not use our Site.
Changes to Policies
MAJESTIC HAIR INC has the discretion to update these policies at any time. Any revision will be dated at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we conduct our business. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and become aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
BRIDAL STYLING AND PRIVATE SERVICE RESERVATIONS POLICY
MAJESTIC HAIR INC is committing to you and only you on your wedding day. An assistant artist is booked with every reservation to ensure beautiful getting ready memories. Therefore as an all encompassing bridal experience, a $1000 minimum is required for day of reservations. Any remainder will be used towards stay time for touch-ups and photo detail for bride and her bridal party. If you do not wish to use the remainder for touchup timing, the minimum is still required for reservation.
MAJESTIC HAIR INC Extensions: Purchase of Majestic Hair Extensions ensures premium quality for your service. Price of the hair is directly associated with the quality of single donar remy eurpoean hair extension manufacturer for which we source our product. For each reservation of service for semipermanent extensions installation you, the client, are given a list of care instructions. MAJESTIC HAIR INC is not responsible for damage to your purchased extensions and/or your own hair due to deviation from care instructions. Each semi permanent extension client agrees to a service plan to ensure proper maintenance of hair extensions. All bookings may be scheduled through booking page on this website or text or email.
Bridal Trials are reservations of 1.5 hours for servicing and may also be booked as above. Clean dry hair is a must for these appointments unless instructed otherwise to maintain your timing of reservation.
*ALL MEMBERS TO BE SERVICED MUST BE PRESENT DURING CONTRACTED RESERVATION FOR WEDDING DATE*
It is the duty of the bridal party/ planner to ensure member presence, understanding that the time reserved cannot be guaranteed without member cooperation and presence. *Any time spent over agreed service reservation due to “MIA” members, or contracted time deviation by either the wedding party or complications otherwise, will be charged additionally by the hour at the “additional touch up hour” rate of 150$/hr.
Hair of every member is to be Clean and Dry upon time of service, unless specifically instructed otherwise by a Majestic Hair professional. If a blow dryer must be used due to members deviation, an additional fee of $55.00 will be charged to this member’s service. Understanding the original time frame would then be compromised by this additional time needed to dry. If a member of the party has dirty hair, it is understood that your stylist cannot guarantee the longevity or result of this members service. Clean hair for medium hair thickness is defined as a maximum of 2 days since last wash.
For the safety and fairness of everyone, any person who is not being serviced by a Majestic Hair Professional will not use or have access to our professional tools or products, bobby pins and hairspray included. It is understood that all who are paying for our services are also paying for access to tools, products, and expertise.
Once reserved, approved, and agreed upon, should a regarded member cancel scheduled services after agreement, for any reason, deductions to pricing will NOT be made, as this time has been booked and reserved according to contracted agreement, and made unavailable to other inquiries.
Should any additional members wish to receive services day of this reservation (availability dependent) , no additional charges will be applied for stylist to remain AFTER contracted member services have been completed. These additional members are allowed separate payment and are not regarded in this contract. It is also understood that these additional members will likely not meet the same timeline expectations as the rest of the bridal party members who have been contracted and reserved time in advance.
If a decision is made by the bride 60+ days prior to the reserved date to reschedule, for any reason, services are transferable if newly requested date is available, understanding new availability is not a guarantee. If newly requested date is unavailable totals are still due as contracted.
In the event of weather related cancellations OR “act of God” scenarios within 60 days of reservation, the total amount is still due to Majestic Hair on the date listed as your reserved wedding date.
In the event of an emergency, personally, professionally, or health related, where Paige cannot be present herself for your wedding day, the bride will be informed and another beauty professional from her team may be sent to take her place. In the event another stylist is unavailable to provide services, all remaining totals are released and deposit is to be refunded to the bride.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, deposit remains non refundable and upon signature of A contract, the total remaining balance is to be paid in full by the above reservation date; as other inquiries have been turned away since the time of your booking. If cancellation is more than 90 days. Only 50% of the remaining reservation value is due at the time of cancellation as other inquiries have been turned away since the time of your booking.
Photos taken professionally by your hired photographer and otherwise, may be posted to Majestic Hair. We love to use professional photos from our weddings on our website and across social media to credit all vendors and grow our business portfolios! Your photos will never be sold by Majestic Hair or used for any other purposes than to show off your bridal beauty!
REFUND / CANCELLATION OF GOODS POLICY
Hair Extensions, Bridal Accessories, and Hair Products
We intend to reflect all of our hair extension and bridal accessory colours as accurately as possible on our website. We do understand choosing the correct colour may differ when choosing from a computer screen versus in person, therefore we are happy to exchange your unopened Majestic Hair Extensions set for a set of the right colour within 7 days from the day you receive your package. If you are local to South Florida, USA, you are encouraged to inquire for booking a color match which is a free service when purchasing our extensions. For bridal accessories, as lighting and angles may reflect a tonal or hue adjustment, we are happy to exchange your unused, unopened Majestic Hair accessories for one of your preference within 7 days of you receiving your package. As below stated, all exchanges must begin via communication in email labeled "EXCHANGE" so we may personally rectify your order.
In upholding sanitation values to all our clients, customers, and quality control purposes, MAJESTIC HAIR INC does not offer product exchanges or returns for hair extensions, bridal accessories, or hair care product, once it has been worn or the security tie or seal has been removed. You can exchange your order within 7 days as long as it has NOT been worn, used, or removed from its security ties at the top of the hair or from the main package. The packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. You must contact us first at (email@example.com) with the subject “Exchange” prior to shipping the package. Please note that hair extensions returned to us without contacting us will not be assessed for exchange.
Please select your products carefully. MAJESTIC HAIR INC will not accept returns for exchange or credit if you, the customer purchases the incorrect product (excluding hair extensions, refer to above conditions).
Please check your goods thoroughly upon receiving them.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us. If a manufacturing fault is found by our assessment, all costs will be paid by MAJESTIC HAIR INC to rectify the fault.
Defective products are to be shipped back to us, MAJESTIC HAIR INC will pay for all return shipping costs and will replace the product.
Please note that products returned to us without contacting us first will be denied.
Refunds will not be given.
MAJESTIC HAIR INC offers the following shipping options to all customers. For all International and United States orders we use USPS, FEDEX or DHL.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once it is received from the supplier which it is being sent. Many of our suppliers hand make these items which may take a few days processing.
MAJESTIC HAIR INC sets all orders dispatched within 2-3 business days of you placing your order, though do not ship orders on public holidays and/or weekends as per shipping company policies.
The general estimated shipping timeframes are as follows;
USPS: 5-10 business days
FEDEX: 7-10 business days
DHL: 10-15 business days

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them. MAJESTIC HAIR INC does not take responsibility for these extra charges.
Declaration of Value and Product Description:
MAJESTIC HAIR INC chooses to email your invoice for the majority of shipping methods offered by MajesticHairFL.com.
Your shipping address, phone number and email address:
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order. MAJESTIC HAIR INC is not responsible if you incorrectly enter your address on your order and will not be responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly delivered because of this.
All shipments to the countries serviced by Emirates Post and their subsidiaries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar) will require a full P.O. box address to ensure a successful delivery, which is outlined by entering:
- The words ‘P.O. Box’ and the P.O. box number in Address Line 1 (Any additional information such as street name is also encouraged)
If any of these are missing, the item may be returned either when processing at any of our DHL terminals or by Emirates Post.
MAJESTIC HAIR INC will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. MAJESTIC HAIR INC does not take responsibility for any extra charged to the customer by customs/duty/VAT.
We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering.
Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
Please note, if your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your order as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee). We will also subtract any other outside charges MAJESTIC HAIR INC has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s). Refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
